Mr. Farver founded Noble Composites, Inc. a producer of high quality fiberglass composite exterior sidewall panels for the recreational vehicle, cargo trailer, and marine industries. Mr. Farver served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until the sale of the company to Crane Composites.Prior to Noble, Mr. Farver served as President and General Manager of Fabwell Composites and General Manager of the Owens Corning Panel Division.Mr. Farver also was co-founder and President of Master Fab, Inc., which manufactured fiberglass products for the RV Industry.
