ESOP Services

One of the liquidity options that Legacy Capital Advisors advises our clients to consider is the implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.  Legacy advises on the pluses and minuses of this approach as well as guides them through the process.  Legacy Capital performs the following steps when working with clients that choose to implement and ESOP:

  • Valuation – in order to determine of appropriate value ranges
  • Feasibility Analysis –  determine debt capacity and qualified payroll
  • Designing and Structuring – identifying capital sources and designing a security
  • Financing – preparing debt placement documentation and negotiations

Each of these steps is conducted by Legacy Capital's Managing Directors with the goal of exceeding our clients' value expectations.
