Founded more than 60 years ago in Chicago, the Company is recognized for manufacturing environmentally-friendly appearance and performance car care products for the retail consumer market and the commercial car care and professional detailing industries.

The Company also operated Turtle Wax Auto Appearance Centers in various Midwestern states. Turtle Wax decided to divest this car care business to focus on their core business. Legacy was engaged to provide strategic advice and to manage the board of directors approved action plan.
